To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:
- GCSE or equivalent level 2 Maths and English.
- Qualified to Level 3 or equivalent standard.
- Substantial previous experience of recruitment or a related role.
- Experience of working and thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of recruitment activities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- High standard of administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating an ability to put the customer first and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills with an ability to learn new systems and packages quickly.
- Proficient in creating, managing and using social media.
- Excellent task management and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines and manage a busy workload effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
