We are looking for a **Apprenticeships Recruitment Coordinator** to join our busy **Employer Engagement** team here at Yeovil College.

Ensuring up to date knowledge of current specifications for apprenticeship standards is maintained and be able to fully explain and respond to queries on apprenticeships to a range of audiences including: employers, apprentices and colleagues and ensuring completion of Apprenticeship Initial Assessments to ensure that Apprentices are suitable for the programmes they have applied for.

This role will involve working closely with the Adult Careers and Apprenticeship Placement Lead and Employer Engagement Team Leader to ensure a smooth engagement with both learners and employers and a positive and effective learner engagement journey is communicated and followed.

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

- A good understanding of recruitment processes and employers legal requirements in relation to recruitment and retaining staff.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience of supporting individuals to progress to new opportunities.
- GCSE Grade A-C in maths & English or equivalent.
- Administration/IT qualifications at Level 2 or equivalent.
- A Level 3 qualification.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and using Microsoft Outlook - booking appointments and managing diaries.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Methodical, accurate with consistent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.

**Full time 37 hours a week, all year round.**

**Salary £24,000**
