The Role:
We are looking to recruit a seasoned HR professional, ideally with 5 plus years’ experience in an advisory capacity, who would like the opportunity to train as an HR Consultant supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.

This is an exciting time to join our business as we continue to grow throughout the challenges of the past 2 years. In many ways, it has enabled us to work in a more flexible way, which has meant that we are no longer restricted by geographical restrictions. 

Working from home, you will join a team of highly experienced HR consultants who will support you and the work you deliver every step of the way to ensure you succeed, thrive, and grow in your role.

No day is the same as our clients’ needs vary from one call to the next.  We pride ourselves on delivering the best client experience and in return we have forged strong relationships with the businesses we serve.

Whilst we are based in the Southwest of England, it really does not matter where you are based if you have good internet connection and a suitable working space, we will supply you with all the technology you require.  What is important to us is that you share the same values as we do and place the success and welfare of the team ahead of your own.

  CIPD level 5 or above desirable.
