Business Administrator

As Business Administrator you will be responsible for undertaking administrative duties across the business. You will report into the HR Manager but will be to provide administrative support to the Management team on a day-to-day basis.
Key responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in creating and maintaining individual personnel files, making sure that all documents are accurately stored in line with company and statutory requirements.
- Ensuring the HR database is kept up to date, inputting starters and leavers, contractual amendments and change of details.
- Enrolling employees on to training courses, tracking through to completion and ensuring the Training Database is kept accurate and up to date.
- Manage the end-to-end process of issuing uniforms. This will include stock control, online orders and incoming uniform requests.
- Support the vetting and referencing process for new starters. Obtaining Airside Passes for new employees and re-issues for existing employees.
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Support the HR Manager as required with employee engagement activities. (e.g. Employee Raffle)
- Minute taking for meetings. This will include Management Meetings, HR investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings.
- Ad hoc PA support for the COO when required. E.g. Booking travel and scheduling appointments.
- Provide support to the business for one off projects and undertake any other duties as required for delivery of effective business administration and supporting the organisation.

- Able to manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled securely and in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in data management on a HR Information system
- Proven administrative experience.
Due to the nature of the position, you must be able to pass a criminal record check.

Pay: Up to £27,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 per week
