What You'll Do
As part of our dynamic VBSE team, you'll be at the heart of Vodafone's IT operations-designing, building, and maintaining platforms that power our services and support our customers. You'll bring your technical expertise and problem-solving mindset to ensure our systems run smoothly and securely.
- You'll manage and operate Windows, Linux, and VMware platforms to support VBSE and its customers.
- You'll become a subject matter expert in Network Management Systems and IT Security.
- You'll create and maintain platform documentation, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs, and process guides.
- You'll support customer deployments, user acceptance testing, and IT Health Checks.
- You'll collaborate closely with Architecture, Engineering, NOC, and SOC teams to provide deep technical support.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who's passionate about IT systems and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you're ready to make an impact and grow your career, this could be the perfect role for you.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or Engineer, ideally in telecoms or ISP environments.
- You're skilled in Windows, Linux, and VMware systems.
- You have hands-on experience with Network Management Systems like SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, or vendor-specific tools.
- You're familiar with security technologies including AV/EDR and SIEM.
- You can script in Python or PowerShell.
- You hold a degree or equivalent experience.
- You're eligible to maintain DV security clearance.
