Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm, Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our client's busy team, offering a key and supportive administrative function.
You will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service and maximising the efficiency of the servicing team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing sales and work order entries
- Liaising with internal contacts and customers keeping them up to date with the status of their order
- Quoting and invoicing
- Coordinating with internal departments for efficient turnaround
- Assist with Operational and Financial reporting, when required
**Skills Required**:
- Accurate data entry with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- both written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel
