**The Role**

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic and attention to detail driven Administrator to join our small, yet growing team.

Reporting to the Head of Protection, you’ll be _the_ go to person when it comes to supporting the day to fay administration side of the business.

You’ll be based in our offices in Farnborough handling all administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the day-today
- administration and finance processes of the service.

**About You**

To join us as the Administrator, you will need:

- Previous experience of **office administration, preferably within the Financial services sector.**:

- Strong numeric skills with the ability to manage financial processes, produce reports and update Excel spreadsheets.
- Confident in the analysis of **data** for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
- Experience of working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
- Proficient in the use of **Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel** and familiar with relevant database management systems.
- Experience of being an **excellent communicator** and able to support growth of professional relationships.

**Your Rewards**
- Salary range £19,500 - £22,000.
- 20 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays (increasing each year to a **maximum of 30 days**)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £10.45-£12.50 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
