Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a skilled project administrator for a well-known engineering company in Farnborough. This administrator role will be working with a project manager handling administrative functions for the organisation's projects and programs.
- Collating job packs - including quotes, job cards, purchase orders etc.
- Liaising with customers, dealing with enquiries, and providing job updates
- Chasing purchase orders, chasing missing parts, and monitoring delivery dates
- Monitoring, prioritising and record job progress against billing predication
- Booking training courses and requesting hotels etc.

Skills and Experience required:

- Good oral and written communication ability
- Planning and a good understanding of computers
- Proactive and organised
- Punctual and a high-quality understanding of task management
- Professional individual who is open to new challenges
