We are looking to recruit for a permanent administrator to work in our busy depot in Farnborough.

The role will involve organising the administration side of the business with regards to updating a database, ensuring that all paperwork is entered correctly onto an in house CRM system, filing invoices and documents correctly. There will be face to faceand telephone liaison with regards to customers and drivers.

We are looking for someone who has strong administration and excellent organisational skills and ability to take ownership of this side of the business and look at ways to improve the current system.

Strong admin with regards to computer skills and confident communication skills.

Fast accurate data entry skills

Ability to work in a busy depot environment and work in a busy team.

Hours may have some flexibility the depot is open 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Car driver due to location.
