The purpose of the Sales Support Administrator is to provide administrative support and assistance to the sales teams, coordinating activities and requests, ensuring we meet our client’s expectations through the highest standards of integrity and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing order requests
- Building all quotations for aligned sales team
- Obtaining quotes from external suppliers
- Communication with internal departments and relevant customers
- Regular commmunication with sales team to ensure high standard of support is met
- Managing handovers of accounts for customer sites
- Data assurance
- Assisting with 'Account Cleanse’ activities
- Provide clear communication and feedback to the business regarding process/system improvements

**Experience**
- Knowledge of MS Applications
- Excellent administration and coordination skills
- Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an advantage
