Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send booking confirmations for clients and candidates.
- Support all day-to-day administrative duties within the sales and delivery function.
- Maintain and update Excel trackers for rotas, candidate payments, and project activity.
- Assist in chasing candidate invoices and ensuring all information is ready for payroll deadlines.
- Learn and manage data entry within our CRM/system, keeping all records up to date.
- Handle telephone-based communication with candidates and clients.
- Liaise with team members to ensure smooth delivery and on-time payment cycles.
- Provide general administrative support and respond promptly to internal and external requests.
About You:
- Strong administrative or coordination background (healthcare or recruitment sector desirable but not essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Confident using Excel, Outlook, and other standard business tools.
- Quick learner who's comfortable in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Team player with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
