**The Role**:
- Working with the sales team to compose bespoke, accurate and informative proposals to fulfil client’s project-based requirements.
- Reverting proposals in a timely fashion to the sales team.
- Liaising with the internal Operations and Project Support team to provide commercially accurate proposals to clients.
- Assisting with the training of new staff on the company’s pricing matrix.
- Tracking leads generated from the Technimove website and sending out to the sales team accordingly.
- Conversing with visitors to the website via chatbot and providing assistance if required.
- Reporting weekly to management.
- To practice and incorporate Technimove’s core values within your day to day duties - passion, people and teamwork.
**Skills and experience needed for Sales Support Administrator**:
- Proven experience in a business / sales environment is essential, IT reseller or similar industry preferable.
- Proven experience in an administrative role supporting multiple people
- Ability to work well under pressure / to deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of customer service
- Organised with a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to build good internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Ability to use initiative.
**Salary**:
Potential earnings of £33,000 Basic salary of £25,000 + commission structure.

**Working Hours**:
8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
**Location**:
This role is based from our London office (EC3R 8DW). There is the possibility of hybrid working post probation period.
