Due to ongoing success, we are now seeking a Sales Support Administrator to provide crucial support to our Sales Team, making it even more efficient, based at our central London office with flexibility for some home working.

**The Role**
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will provide essential support to our Sales Team, empowering our Account Managers to sell our solutions more efficiently.
Interacting directly with customers throughout the sales process, you will provide excellent administrative support, from producing accurate initial quotations to final delivery and fulfilment.
You will liaise directly with suppliers to attain pricing and product availability information and assist and engage with customers throughout the order and fulfilment process to effectively manage expectations and provide accurate updates.
Additionally, you will:
- Build a working knowledge of our hardware and software product portfolio
- Submit orders to our Fulfilment Team, ensuring all handover information is correct
- Use Salesforce to document all customer opportunities and customer activity
- Develop astute negotiation skills and an awareness of multi-supplier opportunities
- Manage the customer facing process for our rental opportunities
**About You**
To be considered as a Sales Support Administrator, you will need:
- Experience in an administrative role
- A proven track record of supporting sales personnel in a deadline-driven, customer focused environment
- A genuine interest in the fields of media, film, TV, gaming and design
- Commercial awareness and a 'customer first’ attitude
- A detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills and a superb telephone and video call manner
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
