The primary purpose of the Sales Support Administrator and Commercial Operations team is to manage global subscription contracts for the client's products. This will include processing subscriptions in Salesforce and SAP, managing orders and payments anddealing with queries from both internal and external clients.

The client is an industry leading provider of creidt, debt market and macro intelligence solutions and the primary distributor of the clients content. The Sales Operations Administrator sits within the Global Content Operations team of this client whichis the fastest growing area of the business.

**Description**

The core duties of the Sales Support Administrator are:

- Advise and aid the Sales Team with processing of SalesForce opportunities.
- Manage the Contract Management Lifecycle (CLM) process in SalesForce in liaison with the Sales, Sales Operations and Legal Teams
- Set up agreement object in SFDC for new and renewing clients to ensure ability to accurately submit to our billing systems
- Generate contractual documents directly from the CLM system and amend as needed to meet the Sales Teams needs
- Co-ordinate any changes requested and make sure all appropriate approvals have been received before creating a final document for signature
- On signature from the client update SFDC with any relevant information related to the agreement and submit to sales operations for activation
- Manage any changes/rejection to submitted deal working with sales and sales operations and resubmit o Upload final dual signed document to SFDC and delete any obsolete contractual documents in line with the file maintenance policy
- Work with commercial operations team to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the SFDC/CLM systems
- Trouble shooting errors (system or human) and identify and report Salesforce system bugs and enhancements to the Salesforce Product Owner

**Profile**

The pre-requisites for the Sales Support Administrator are as follows:

- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CONTRACT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
- CRM exposure
- Salesforce experience

**Job Offer**

A competitive salary with full benefits package (£30,000-£35,000)

Scope for progressional opportunities in Financial Services within the City of London (Canary Wharf London)

25 days holiday per calendar year, rising to 27 days after 2 years and 30 days
after 3 years.

4 x base salary paid in the event of death during employment

Non-contributory scheme with employer contributions starting at 3% of base
salary, rising to 7% after 2 yrs and 10% after 5 yrs.
If you make a personal contribution to the Plan the Company will also pay extra
by matching your contribution, like for like, up to a maximum of 3% of your base
salary.
