We are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team and provide critical support to both our team and our customers.

The Role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support our customers, ensuring a first-rate experience at every step of their journey with us.

You will process orders, liaising with warehouses and organising transport when required, and respond to customer queries in an accurate and timely way.

Ensuring that all sales leads are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner, you will support the import/export process and maintain customer details on our systems.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Communicate with other departments for customer feedback and sales opportunities
- Support customer returns
- Oversee our office, including ordering stationery and office equipment
- Arrange travel and accommodation for team members
- Answer telephones and handle general enquiries

About You

**To join us as a Customer Service Administrator, you will need**:

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite - in particular Excel
- To be a fast learner
- A keenness to learn a varied role and learn about all sides of the business
- An organised approach to work
- A “can-do” attitude and proactive work ethic
