As a Customer Service Administrator, you will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for a wide range of general administration tasks. Additionally, you will serve as the primary operator of the company's field sales CRM system. Working collaboratively with Product Managers and the Head of Marketing, you will ensure that content for retailers is accurate and consistently updated.

**Duties for this Customer Service Administrator**:

- Providing a high standard of sales administration support to the national accounts & field sales team
- Operating the field sales CRM system and relaying the most up to date content, stock, and user information necessary
- Completing all necessary new line and retailer forms for product data when requested
- Providing the sales team with updates using the CRM system weekly, sending relevant analytics to the Sales Director and Managing Director
- Answering customer queries regarding orders / order progress
- Compiling content, data, and insights to formulate / present Sales and Marketing presentations for the CRM system or customer meetings
- Acting as a strong & dependent key communicator across all departments, ensuring delivery of accurate information
- Supporting with general sales and marketing admin such as sample ordering and delivery, supporting trade shows, and day-to-day administration

**Experience required**:

- Previous experience within administration
- A strong eye for detail, great at ensuring accuracy of information
- Excellent at communicating at all levels
- IT literate, with the ability to navigate new systems quickly
- Great PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Organised, proactive, positive, eagerness to learn with a creative approach
