Well-established, successful and professional regulatory body based near Waterloo is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
The business plays a role in regulating areas of the building sector and this role will play an integral role in guiding customers through the compliance and certification process.
Key duties:
- Answer incoming technical enquiries when possible
- Manage and guide installers to ensure milestones are met on assessment failures including escalation where needed
- Quality control and acceptance of incoming failure and non-conformity reports
- Pass incoming complex technical enquiries to the relevant person
- Support colleagues as a collective to meet team and business targets
- Support installers with bulk notifications, transitioning installers to new tool, analysing the data to identify issues and working with IT and installers to resolve any issues
- Provide other business support requirements and activities as required
- Any other duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager
All about you:
- Although the role sounds technical it really is a Senor Customer Administration role and training on products and services will be given. We are therefore looking for somebody with previous Customer Service Administration experience
- Previous experience of database administration
- Experience of telephone/call handling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Problem Solving
- Customer focused mentality
