**Job Title**: Office Administrator
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
**Job Type**: 3 - 6 Months Temporary Contract (potential long term job opportunities)
**Location**: Oldbury
**Hours**: 9.00am - 5.30pm (Monday - Thursday), 8.00am - 4.00pm (Friday)
You must also be a team player, have an excellent telephone manner, be calm under pressure, punctual, reliable, and flexible.
Below is a list of duties that you will be responsible for on a daily basis:
- Answering phones
- Greeting visitors
- Stationary orders
- Sorting post & distributing post
- Archiving & organising job files
- Update job book and creating new job numbers
- Setting up new jobs / digital and folders including budget sheet using Grading Matrix
- Liaising with Head of Accounts for outstanding dates of invoices
- Booking meeting venues & refreshments for meetings
- Order marketing material boxes etc
- Creating changes reports
- Updating global suppliers list
- Setting up extras digital files and updating on job book
- Arranging Courier parcel delivery and collection
- Client Enquiries - After Sales
- Printer - reporting issues, ordering Toner, booking maintenance requirements
- Company Vehicles - Booking and managing Services / Maintenance
- Creating data sheets / inventories
- Organising / arranging samples from client supplier
**Skills Required**:
- Previous office experience
- Excellent IT / Microsoft Skills essential - particularly Outlook, Excel & Word
- Ability to multitask - strong organisational skills - excellent attention to detail
- Team player
- Good telephone manner
- Calm under pressure
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible
