**As a Office Administrator you will**:
Welcome clients to our showroom.
Build relationship with clients.
Design bathrooms, cloakrooms, en-suites, and wet rooms on our high graphics desktops.
Find Innovative and creative ways to market our brand on social media platforms.
Follow up all generated leads in our pipeline.
Be solution driven to our clients problems.
Complete administrative tasks to keep your projects organised.
Market the business through social media and other platforms.
Required to work 2 Saturdays a month, however you will get a day off in the week.
**To be successful you should be**:
Passionate about design and CAD.
Great problem solving skills.
Sales driven wanting to achieve personal and company targets.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Strong background in customer service and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
IT proficient.
Web design knowledge would be beneficial, particularly WordPress.
Previous wet room, bathroom design and sales experience.
Experience within a retail showroom or the building industry.
Knowledge of any CAD package is desirable although training will be provided.
Be a problem solver.
Comfortable working alone.
The basic salary for the 3-month trial period is up to £30,000 which will be based on your experience. We will consider a part time or full time position, for part time this will be on a pro rata basis.
