**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
- **Master of Schedules**: Help coordinate staff rotas, handle shift changes, and ensure seamless communication.
- **Compliance Champion**: Keep documentation audit-ready and ensure staff records meet regulatory standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in an admin role (care sector experience a plus, but not required).
