We are recruiting for an **Office Administrator** to join an industry leading company based between Newark and Mansfield on a full time, permanent basis. If you are seeking a career within administration, this could be a perfect role for you
**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The **Office Administrator** position will involve supporting the Office Manager along with other team members with general administrative tasks.
Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:
- General administration duties
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Setting up new starters on the IT system, managing the telephone system
- Purchasing office equipment and supplies (for example printer cartridges, personal equipment, uniform etc.)
- Office diary management
- Manage training log, book training for new starters, liaise with external training companies
- Set up internal meetings
**CANDIDATE**
The successful **Office Administrator **will possess the following skills:
- An understanding of basic Microsoft packages and CRM systems
- A team player
- Good time management and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Methodical with attention to deal
- Confident in your abilities and willingness to learn
