Just Vehicle Solutions are growing vehicle rental company based in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to help with a range of administration tasks related to running a vehicle rental company.
These include but are not limited to:
- Handling Parking Charge & Speeding Ticket Representations
- Answering the phone
- Updating finance records for purchase vehicles
- Chasing customer invoices
- Diary management / PA tasks
- Creating and sending out rental & hire agreements
- Creating sales invoices
- Helping organise supplier payments
This is a part-time role which can be flexible with the hours worked within the realms of 8.30 until 5pm Monday to Friday, however consistency in working times is required.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
