**THE ROLE**

This high-profile role presents an exciting opportunity to play a central role in our RIIO-GD3 business planning process.

As part of a small strategic Stakeholder and Research team and working closely with our Regulation team, you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of a high-quality engagement programme which will shape our RIIO-GD3 business plan toensure it effectively reflects the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

You will be expected to work in close collaboration with our Stakeholder Research Manager, who is responsible for the delivery of our RIIO-GD3 consumer research programme and measuring the satisfaction of external and internal stakeholders on an annual basis.

Engaging with a wide range of external stakeholders, you will deploy a range of tailored engagement mechanisms, continually reviewing and adopting innovative methods of engagement where appropriate.

You will work in collaboration with internal colleagues across the business providing expert engagement advice and supporting their RIIO-GD3 engagement requirements. You will also be responsible for the evaluation and reporting of outcomes of our RIIO-GD3engagement programme.

In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of our community strategy and successful implementation and management of an efficient, fit for purpose stakeholder engagement recording and reporting tool.

You will also be expected to manage the team's reporting to our Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Group and the company's Board committee which oversees our Stakeholder and ESG commitments.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- An excellent oral and written communicator, you should have significant stakeholder engagement experience or be able to demonstrate success in a directly related role.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, this role requires a highly strategic approach combined with effective tactical delivery.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills as well as a sound working knowledge of Powerpoint, Word and Excel are essential for this role.
- Experience in the energy industry and specifically of the price control process would be a distinct advantage.
