This is an office role based in central Birkenhead. No two calls will be the same and you'll be able to build rapport with customers.
**What will you be doing?**
Handling a mixture of inbound calls and queries from online customers regarding:

- Billing questions/issues
- Adding services to plans
- Updating plans
- Signal and Data issues
Providing excellent customer service on all calls.
Resolving a variety of customer queries and complaints
Updating customer records with detail and accuracy
**What are we looking for?**:

- Previous experience within a customer service role - contact centre is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate as you’ll be using a number of internal systems
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

**Pay rate**:

- £9.50 per hour + Bonus based on performance, attendance and tenure (bonus system explained during training).
- Paid weekly.
- Overtime available.
- Benefits: 30% discount on EE contracts and products.
- Temporary contract with the view to go Permanent.

**Hours of work**:

- Monday to Sunday, working 5 out of 7 days
- Shifts are between 8am-8pm, you must be fully flexible between these hours.
- This is full time hours only
