**We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Team Leader (Internal) to join a world class technology business offering great prospects for the future.**

**Role: Sales Manager**

**Location: Cardiff (free on-site parking)**

**Salary: £35k - £45k D.O.E**

**OTE: £75k per annum uncapped**

**Overview**

Our client is a major brand leader in the ICT world who offers first class working conditions as well as genuine career opportunities for the future.

Due to internal promotion, we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager / Team Leader who is passionate about leading and coaching sales teams to deliver results and grow primarily an internal sales team of between 7 and 10 sales professionals.

You will enjoy fantastic support from the business and work with an established team of successful sales professionals.

**The Role**
- Ownership of the performance and drivers for the inside sales function.
- Providing coaching, mentoring and support to your managers and teams.
- Being a hands-on pro-active leader who leads by example displaying an in-depth knowledge of the sales process who can identify and nurture talent.
- Plan and deliver upon pipeline growth and accurate forecasting across a multi-level product portfolio.
- Driving the performance and behaviours of the team to achieve the company objectives and targets.
- Communicate effectively with other departments within the business as well as internal and external stakeholders.

**The Person**
- Experience in managing internal or external sales functions ideally within a telecoms, IT, or technology solution background.
- Someone who can display previous results of growing and guiding high performing sales teams.
- Someone who has experience of delivering consistent results through their teams and managers.
- Someone who has experience in selling solution-based products in the past.
- Someone who is committed to building a long-term career for themselves within a large business.

**The Reward**
- Great salary of up to £45,000 per annum with a very attractive and OTE which is uncapped. (Typical earning of £80k + per year)
