Business Development Manager (Telecoms)

Location: Herefordshire & Cardiff| Salary: £40k–£45k + £6k Car Allowance | OTE: £120k+ | Hybrid Working

Are you a top-performing sales professional fed up with chasing unqualified leads, travelling hours for no-shows, or pitching to businesses that only want to cut costs?

We're exclusively looking for a Business Development Manager to join a well-respected, long-established telecoms provider based in the Midlands that truly values its people, rewards performance, and equips its sales team to succeed. You will be joining a well-established sales team of 12 who value transparency and honesty.

Prerequisites for the role:

  • Must be based in South Wales/ Herefordshire/ Gloucestershire region
  • Driving license is required as this is a field-based role
  • Proven experience in B2B telecoms or IT sales.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a relationship-builder.
  • Ability to sell a range of technology solutions into SMB and enterprise customers.
