The role of **Head of B2B Marketing**:
We are looking for a Head of B2B Marketing to help define and develop the go to market strategy for the B2C product solutions and to support the sales team to attract and retain retailers to the OnBuy marketplace.

With a flair for storytelling and articulating win-win opportunities you will define, build and lead a small team to elevate the OnBuy’s business brand. You will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment in our Bournemouth office, and will work cross-functionallyto achieve your goals. You will be someone who keeps the customer at the heart of all that you do with complete focus on improving their selling experience by incorporating feedback into potential new opportunities to improve OnBuy’s offering.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrable ability to lead, guide, train and coach your team to excel in methodologies and ways of working
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to translate the commercial strategy into marketing reach
- Experience with online retailing / eCommerce an advantage
- Knowledge of sales process and customer lifecycle communication through utilisation of CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to establish rapport and build interactive relationships with other teams within the business
- Analytical mindset; can measure and translate trends to identify growth drivers and challenges and act on improvement opportunities
- Used to working with Product teams to assist in understanding the commercial impact of technical developments
