**Head of Paid Marketing (Car Finance Sector) at Quick Car Finance**

Quick Car Finance is looking for a Head of Paid Marketing to lead our paid marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition through social media, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads, amongst many more channels. As the Head of Paid Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and revenue for Quick Car Finance. You will be working closely with the marketing team to build, implement and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across social media, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads
- Manage and lead a team of paid marketing specialists to achieve business goals
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns across all channels
- Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, provide recommendations for optimization and adjust strategies accordingly
- Identify and test new channels and tactics for customer acquisition
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Manage the paid marketing budget and ensure campaigns are executed within budget
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the paid marketing strategy aligns with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid marketing
- Proven track record of driving results through paid marketing campaigns
- Experience managing and leading a team of paid marketing specialists
- Strong understanding of social media advertising, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
