As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for providing high-quality and customer-focused HR service to allocated areas across academic and professional service areas. You will be responsible for the employee life cycle and admin duties.

The client is a well known education institute based in Uxbridge.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator based in Uxbridge will be to:
1) Support all HR administrative procedures and systems with a commitment to high quality customer service including:

- Recruitment and selection (supporting the campaigns and proactively keeping the relevant manager informed of progress, preparing interview packs, obtaining references and advertising)
- Contract management (preparing letters including fixed term contracts, hourly paid contracts, contracts for services contract changes and any other letters as required)
- Leaver administration
- DBS checks
- Annual leave calculations
- Absence management
- Probation letters and procedures
- Family leave and flexible working advice
- Administrative support for organisational change (including redundancy and redeployment)
- Providing note taking support to the HRBP team for employee relations casework hearings/appeals and investigation meetings
- Providing administrative support with preparation of paperwork for employee relations casework hearings/appeals

**Profile**
- Strong general administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise
- CIPD level 3 would be ideal

**Job Offer**
- Salary ranging from £25,000 - £27,000
- Flexible working hours, office based
- 35 hours per week
- 24 days holiday + bank holidays
- Local government pension scheme
