The client is a well-known education institute based in Uxbridge.
**Description**
**The key responsibilities of the HR and Recruitment Coordinator based in Uxbridge will be to**:
Support all HR and Recruitment Coordinator procedures and systems with a commitment to high quality customer service including:
- Recruitment and selection (supporting the campaigns and proactively keeping the relevant manager informed of progress, preparing interview packs, obtaining references and advertising)
- Contract management (preparing letters including fixed term contracts, hourly paid contracts, contracts for services contract changes and any other letters as required)
- Leaver administration
- DBS checks
- Annual leave calculations
- Absence management
- Probation letters and procedures
- Family leave and flexible working advice
- Administrative support for organisational change (including redundancy and redeployment)
- Providing note taking support to the HRBP team for employee relations casework hearings/appeals and investigation meetings
- Providing administrative support with preparation of paperwork for employee relations casework hearings/appeals
**Profile**
- Recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise
- CIPD level 3 would be ideal
**Job Offer**
