Our client, a leading Asset Manager, is looking for a Compliance & Risk Analyst to join theircollegiate and supportive team.Reporting to the Head of Compliance & Risk, duties will include:

- Supporting the Head of Compliance and Compliance Officer in completing routine and ad hoc compliance administration, monitoring and reporting.
- Accurate, timely submissions of regulatory disclosures, for example takeover panel disclosures.
- Accurate and timely input, review and oversight of client restrictions.
- Responsible for the completion of security set-up checks and activation.
- Completion of weekly, monthly and quarterly compliance monitoring checks.
- Responding to and investigating operational incidents, ensuring an appropriate write up is produced by the first line and ensuring that remedial work is completed as per the agreed actions.
- Supporting first line teams enhance and update their risk controls self-assessments.
- Updating and maintaining business impact assessments that form part of the Firm’s BCP preparations
- Updating and collating management information for management review.
- Supporting the team with on-going projects, ad-hoc requests and administration.

You must be a graduate with at least 18 months Asset Management experience, whether Client Liaison, Finance, Marketing/Sales, Operations (or existing Compliance or Risk experience).While our client is looking for someone who is a self-starter and who hasabove average attention to detail, this role is really going to suit someone who can consistently bring their A game and who has the aptitude to learn quickly across a broad range of compliance and risk responsibilities.
