**IVA Financial Review Officer**

Do you have experience working in the insolvency industry? Do you want to join an exciting company who put our customers first? Bennett Jones are looking for a motivated and professional individual to work as an IVA Financial Review Officer within a growing team.

We are a volume IVA provider dedicated to helping people find solutions to their financial problems. We are fully regulated by the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA), showing our high standards that we want you to be part of.

You will be looked after by a supportive team who possess decades of experience within the industry. You will receive full training for the role and be supported by your manager and colleagues every step of the way.

- You are empathic towards customers, their financial needs and are willing to go the extra mile for them
- You are professional, accurate, pay attention to detail and can work well in a fast-paced environment.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Performing income and expenditure reviews with customers to ensure that they can afford their monthly payments
- Discussing with customers any required changes to their payments
- Liaising with other teams around the business regarding the outcome of financial reviews
- Ensuring that all customer contact follows IPA and GDPR regulations
- Querying any complex reviews with your team leader and/or the Insolvency Practitioner (IP)
- Any such duties that may be required by the business

**It would be helpful, but not essential if you**:

- Have experience working in the insolvency industry
- Have experience dealing with customers
