**Job Title - IVA Drafter**

Location: Ardwick

**Salary**: £25,000 to £30,000 Basic, plus bonus
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday (No Weekend Work)

We are looking for high calibre IVA Drafters to join our rapidly growing Team. As an IVA Drafter at AFA Insolvency, your main responsibility will be to complete initial calls with new clients and to draft and issue IVA proposals. **COLLECTION SPECIALISTS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Verifying referred clients from Introducers
- Completing SIP3 Calls
- Draft IVA Proposals
- Liaise with Introducers
- Arrange clients initial IVA Contribution
- Overcoming client objections
- Maintain client relationships until MOC

**COLLECTION SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience as an IVA Drafter
- Knowledge of personal Insolvency
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Comfortable working with targets
- Knowledge of Financial Solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
