IVA Drafter

We’re looking for the right person to join our growing company as an IVA Drafter. Drafting experience is NOT necessary, however IVA experience IS necessary.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is / has been an Insolvency administrator, lead generator within the insolvency industry, IVA Case checker, MOC Officer, IVA Reviewer and wanting to progress in their career.
- Key Requirements for an IVA Drafter_
- You should hold a minimum of 6 months experience in within in IVA case administration.
- Responsibilities for the role will include:_
- SIP 3 call with clients
- Question effectively to understand the factors relevant to clients circumstances
- Liaise with clients to obtain and missing information or documents required
- Draft proposals for approval by IP and Client
- Book Creditors meetings and send notifications

**Wage**:
£25,000-£30,000 DOE plus commissions & weekly incentives

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills - able to work to deadlines and targets
- Good IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive can do attitude & a problem solver
