**Senior Internal Communications Manager - up to £178.64 per day umbrella - 9 Month Contract - Remote**
Our client is within the arts and education sector and actively seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to provide strategic and practical internal communications support for global change programmes and organisational initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage a large number of diverse campaigns and projects simultaneously and align with other communication activities globally and regionally
- To measure internal communication campaigns, clearly showing how they helped to achieve the business objectives
- To devise creative methods which engage and inspire, thinking beyond standard communications channels, where appropriate
- To increase leaders' and managers' understanding of the impact of strategic internal and change communication and coach them to influence the quality of their communication
- Develop and deliver strategic internal and change communication campaigns that help to achieve business objectives
- Measure campaign effectiveness, and provide clear evidence of successful engagement, behavioural change and return on investment
- Coach and encourage senior managers to own internal communication for their area and help increase their skills in communications planning, writing and presenting
- Review internal communications risks and issues and develop and implement solutions
- Provide internal thought leadership on internal and change communications
- Quality assure editorial standards and adherence to brand and tone of voice
- Proactively build collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Significant internal communications experience in a matrixed global organisation
- Deep understanding of change communication strategies and planning methodology, including measurement and analysis
- Experience in successfully coaching senior leaders
- Strong influencing skills
- Experience in managing and mitigating internal communications risks
- Writing and editing skills to a high professional standard
- Experience of developing and delivering creative concept
- Tenacity and flexibility to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
