You will be responsible for the administration of all Bodywork matters including receptionist duties, bookings, courtesy car diary, recovery arrangements, and customer communications including regular repair updates.

These tasks require excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to none.

You are expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge on Bodyshop procedures and developments and be able to clearly communicate these to our customers.

As the first point of contact for our customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.

Attention to detail is a paramount as you will be responsible for booking repairs in, following up on estimates, driving the work in and through the workshop whilst ensuring all requirements to maintain our manufacturer approval is met.

Whilst previous experience within bodyshop / motor trade is not required, it would certainly be beneficial although full training would be applied.

Hours of work Monday - Friday 8am - 5.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
