**Alfa Leisureplex Group **has an opportunity** **for a part-time **Customer Liaison Officer **to join the Alfa Coaches** **team based at** Burtonwood Motorway Services, M62 Warrington.**

**Customer Liaison Officer working hours & rate**:
As a Customer Liaison officer you will work on a **part-time permanent basis**, including weekends. With an **hourly rate of £11.00** - **120 shifts per year, 3 hours (£33.00) per shift.**

**Being a Customer Liaison Officer**:
As a Customer Liaison Officer your main focus is to be the first point of contact for our Alfa Travel coach passengers at our interchange operation at Burtonwood services. This includes making announcements over the tannoy system and updating the information screen whilst marshalling customers so they are kept safe and clear of the interchange area to allow the baggage handlers and coach drivers to work efficiently. You will assist with the smooth operation of our interchange and deliver a great service to our customers.

Desirable
- Experience in the Coach travel industry
- Previous experience in a customer focussed role
