HR/ Facilities Administrator

to-day support of the Executive Assistant and HR/Facilities Manager. You will be responsible also for supporting the full senior Management team as and when required. **Main duties**
- Day to day administration and assistance in the management of the Facilities including the offices and warehouse
- Ordering office/welfare supplies
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Assisting with Internal Events and Training Sessions
- Coordinating meeting room bookings via Outlook
- Liaising with office IT suppliers and contractors in relation to the facility.
- Assisting the Facilities Manager oversee the security of premises, visitors and systems.
- Oversee daily Health & Safety. Carry out weekly, monthly and annual H&S checks.
- Administration of employee HR files and documentation to include onboarding/offboarding of employees, offer letters, inductions and employee information forms, medical questionnaires, right to work checks, references and ID docs.
- Administration of Company Pension Scheme
- Management of HR information for monthly payroll, including submission of sickness, overtime, unpaid leave and other absence for calculation and processing by the Accounts department.
- Administration of Company Sick Pay Scheme (introduced 1st Jan 2020)
- Administration of the Company’s Health Care Schemes
- Administration of the HR online management system and paper personnel files to include end of probation, fixed term contracts, salary reviews, bonus payments and holiday entitlement.
- Support managers and employees with administration of Best Self Review
- Support HR team with arrangements for employee of the month
- IT skills, Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Outlook and Excel)
This is working Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5.15pm. Please get in touch for more information
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Harrogate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
