Due to continuous growth, our client is looking to recruit a HR & Recruitment administrator to join their fun, friendly HR function.

**Client Details**

Our client is an established tech organisation based in Harrogate.

**Description**
- Work with line managers to create job specs and uploading to relevant websites
- Giving feedback on applicants to hiring managers
- Organising interviews, virtual and face to face
- Supporting the HR function by working out of the shared HR inbox
- Creating offer letters, contracts of employment and general changes of employment letters
- Maintaining and maintaining the HR inbox & database
- Escalating queries to relevant HR team members, assisting where necessary
- Assisting in disciplinaries and grievance procedures as and when required
- Supporting with the onboarding and off boarding

**Profile**
- Have previous HR & recruitment experience
- Great communication skills
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to use Outlook effectively
- Confident and comfortable on the phone

**Job Offer**
