Administration Manager
Our client is a well-established business based in Harrogate who are looking for an Administration Manager to join their team to allow the business to continue to run smoothly and cater for the future growth anticipated.
This is a full time role Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm. Salary is between £28,000 - £31,000 based on experience plus excellent benefits.
The main areas of purpose and responsibility of the **Administration Manager**role are customer care, HR management, process and communication coordination, facilities management, stakeholder liaison, managing risk and improving quality, trouble shooting, client satisfaction and complaints handling including debt collection.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary point of contact and deliver high levels of customer service.
- Complete an array of management, whether that be; Operational, Project, Stock, Financial, Service Delivery or HR.
- Promote the business ensuring that the business’ website and social media is regularly updated whilst also seeking event opportunities.
- Take a lead role and focus on facilities management.
- Ensure internal team follow implemented processes which will be in line with regulatory compliance.
- Act as lead for team management, actioning any holidays, sickness etc as well as the full HR function for the practice.
- Continual development ensuring quality is always implemented and regularly improved, whilst conducting informative training sessions for the team.
- Action any escalated queries or complaints.
- Demonstrate credible experience in administration. Previous experience in Office or Administration Management would be seen as highly desirable.
- Have a strong working knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Be organised, driven and proactive in approach, a real self-starter.
- Enjoy a busy and varied role.
- Have an outstanding work ethic.
- Have an eagerness to implement change with ability to manage stakeholder expectation.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Be resilient and adaptable.
- Be confident in decision making.
- Have solid MS Office exposure and knowledge.
