We are currently recruiting for a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract, Salary - £18,520

You’ll use your natural warmth, energy and personality to help as many customers as you can each day. We'll help you to develop the skills needed to build strong customer relationships, take ownership, and deliver that great customer experience.
Along with representing Santander to our customers, you’ll have a voice within the organisation too. As the first point of contact, you’ll get to know our customers better than anyone else. So, if you have an idea about how we can improve their experience or better ways of working, we’re all ears
The difference you’ll make:
- Helping customers each day by answering inbound calls to our Card Servicing contact centre
- Assisting customers with day-to-day transactions and enquiries
- Helping to keep our customers and the bank safe
- Solving problems and escalating issues when necessary
- Updating customer records
What you will bring:
- Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation
- Experience of working within a customer services role, previous telephony experience not essential
It would also be nice for you to have:
- Strong teamwork with a high level of motivation
- Ability to follow process but also think on your feet
- Problem solving skills (real solutions, not just short-term fixes)
What else you need to know:
We’re recruiting Full time roles at 35 hours per week with 2 shift options available on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract where you’ll be working remotely in an appropriate quiet space in your home.
Option 1 - You’ll work five seven-hour rotational shifts, between 08:00 to 20:00 Mon to Fri on a 6-week rotation and 08:00 to 18:00 on a Sat/Sun. For your continued flexibility you will receive a £1000 fully flexible shift premium for this fully flex shift pattern.
Option 2 - You’ll work a condensed shift pattern where you will work a 4-day week 09:00 to 18:45 in a 3-week rotation, working 1 weekend in 3 either a Sat or Sun.
Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
