We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors with a starting package up to £24,468, this is made up of a base salary of £22,400 along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1568 discretionary performance related bonus.

Whether you’re helping someone with a simple cash transaction, aiding them with technology, transacting with them over the phone or protecting your customers against fraud and scams, you’ll never know what the next challenge will be.

You’ll be flexible in your approach and comfortable in undertaking a broad range of activities. This means not limiting your time and focus on one element of your role. **What you’ll bring**:

- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background, previous financial services background isn’t essential as we’ll provide you training
- The ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

- A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers
- Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach to work
- Ability to follow process but also think on your feet
- Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside of standard expectations

This role is based in Bradford and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

This role is 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 & working 1 in 4 Sundays with a day off in the week.

**Initial training is for 3 weeks, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00, and you will be required on-site everyday whilst going through training.**
