We are currently recruiting for full time (35 hrs) permanent Customer service advisor's to join our Card Servicing team, Salary - £18,520

You'll use your natural warmth, energy and personality to help as many customers as you can each day. We'll help you to develop the skills needed to build strong customer relationships, take ownership and deliver that great customer experience.

Along with representing Santander to our customers, you'll have a voice within the organisation too. As the first point of contact, you'll get to know our customers better than anyone else. So, if you have an idea about how we can improve their experienceor better ways of working, we're all ears

**The difference you'll make**
- Helping customers each day by answering inbound calls to our Card Servicing contact centre
- Assisting customers with day-to-day transactions and enquiries
- Helping to keep our customers and the bank safe
- Solving problems and escalating issues when necessary
- Updating customer records

**What you will bring**
- Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation
- Experience of working within a customer services role, previous telephony experience not essential

**It would also be nice for you to have**
- Strong teamwork with a high level of motivation
- Ability to follow process but also think on your feet
- Problem solving skills (real solutions, not just short-term fixes)

**What else you need to know.**

We're recruiting Full time roles at 35 hours per week based in our Bradford Head Office

You'll be on a fully flexible shift pattern where you will work a 5 day week between the hours of 08:00 to 20:00 in a 6 week rotation, working 3 weekends out of the 6 (either a Sat or Sun)

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
