**Insight Manager - Brand & Product**

As Insight Manager you will influence and support the brand and product development of Greene King's premium pubs and hotels by direct management of specific channels and projects. You will work closely with Consumer/Market Insights and Guest Experienceteams to understand the landscape, commissioning qualitative and quantitative research to support brand and product team. You will be a key voice internally by giving the customer a seat at the table.

For this role you can work from our offices in Burton or London or you can work remotely

**Key Responsibilities**
- Align with Premium Pubs and Hotels to understand and influence their strategy and support and research requirements around brands and product.
- Support core functional teams e.g. Food/Drink/Digital to support their product development agenda, optimising and validating concepts.
- Work closely with other areas of Insight, and other functions where relevant, to ensure a clear, rounded and holistic view is delivered to stakeholders.
- Create effective ways of working across multiple divisions, utilising and sharing relevant insightSet up and facilitate research projects as required.
- Manage agencies, improving service from underperforming agencies & re-tendering if appropriate
- Translate consumer insight to ensure relevant learnings are utilised in brand and product development.
- Manage one direct report with the ability as well as motivate and lead cross-functional teams on key projects.

**About You**
- Experience of insight, ideally in a client-side multi-site retail environment with a strong mathematical and analytical problem solving background
- Strong all-round knowledge of all external continuous panel data sources.
- In-depth experience of running ad hoc Qual/Quant insight projects
- Experienced in managing budgets and projects with external consultancies and/or research agencies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, with proven ability to influence at senior level as well as the ability to develop successful relationships with internal colleagues and departments
- Desirable to have strong knowledge of the Pub Market
- Desirable to have experience of concept testing and innovation processes
