**HR Insights Lead (fixed term contract)**
18 month fixed term contract
Role Purpose
Find out what we don't know and provide 'in the moment' insights
Identify external and internal themes, trends and issues to generate insights and recommendations that inform decision-making
Bring people and organisational data together to drive business success, network with wider insight professionals and the HR teams from across the business and run People Insights Projects where necessary
Key Accountabilities
- Build relationships across HR and with other Insights functions across the business and identify 'what is the problem or opportunity that requires insights'
- Curiosity to investigate hypotheses, make sense of the organisational context and make recommendations
- Provide research on external/internal/current and future themes and trends impacting Greene King from a people perspective and bring together with organisational data sources in order to generate true business insights;
- Proactively identify trends in employee feedback and HR data to help the HRBPs improve the employee experience and ultimately improve customer experience
- Lead people insights and systems projects as required, keep the annual insights roadmap up to date
- Provide recommendations on continuous improvements uncovered through analysis and insights with a view for other teams to implement
- Proficient at data analysis using a range of tools with the ability to tell the story with the data to a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the business
Person Specification
- Confident presenter, story-teller and facilitator
- Networking and Influencing skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Data savvy
- Ability to meet customers' needs whilst setting achievable expectations and designing pragmatic solutions
- Ability to provide insights from multiple sources of People, organisational and external data
- On the job experience in existing or comparable role
- Must have previous experience in an Insights role including ability to story tell at all levels
- Understanding of survey outputs and how they can be used (either customer or employee)
- Ability to conduct detailed, methodical research into internal and external data sources whilst providing succinct and appropriate insights to the appropriate audience.
