**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Computerise documents and maintain electronic records
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
**Qualifications Required Skills**:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office for office tasks
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues
- Previous experience in an administrative role
**Nice-to-Have Skills**:
- Knowledge of Accounts preferable but not essential
