**ADMINISTRATOR/ADMIN ASSISTANT - Part-time (potential for Self Employed person)**
ILA.Life, a caring business supporting older people living in their own home, are looking for an experienced Administrator/Admin Assistant with a head for figures, to carry out our fortnightly invoicing process and provide further occasional administrative support to the Director on an ad-hoc basis.
Our clients rely on reassuring accuracy, so you will have good office and computer skills, as well as an eye for detail. A sound knowledge of Office 365, Excel and Xero (or similar accounting software) are essential.
Hours are flexible but the invoicing process currently requires a minimum of one full day every other week. Rates of pay are negotiable depending on experience.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 5 per week
