M Group Services Plant and Fleet Solutions is currently looking to recruit a Fleet Hire Controller to join their division who support our front
- line operations by providing compliant, innovative and fit for purpose Vehicles, Plant and Equipment.

As a Fleet Hire Controller, you will be based in Castleford as part of the Regional Operations Team that transacts all enquiries relating to the Fleet Solutions Division.

We currently provide a comprehensive fleet of over 8000 trucks, vans and cars, together with over 20,000 items of general plant and specialist utilities equipment from our Regional Supply Centre.

**As a Fleet Hire Controller your duties and responsibilities will be**:

- Processing of all vehicle hire requirements through the Plant and Fleet Hire mailbox
- Ensuring maximisation of the internal fleet
- Process all hire, off hire and exchange requirements received through the mailbox and transact accordingly on the hire management software
- Be proficient in all aspects of hire management and general administration
- Engage with the supply chain to satisfy requirements not supplied from internal stock
- Actions reports relating to the Motor Insurance Database and the O Licence
- Manage and resolve invoice and general queries

**Skills and Knowledge Requirements**:

- Previous experience with the Fleet Hire/Plant Hire Industry is desirable
- Relevant experience in an administrative role is essential
- Experience of InspHire and/or Jaama key2 desirable
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail
- Proven IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office
