Pyramid8 is delighted to be supporting a well-established, Plant & Fleet company. Due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Fleet Asset Controller to join their outgoing and diverse team. You will be responsible for both yard coordination and administration duties including, carrying out inspections & recordings of all vehicles and equipment before hire or at off hire stage. You will carry out property / yard audits, ensuring the hire softwareis up to date and accurate. You will liaise with external companies such as local garages, ensuring that all jobs are being completed and tracked. You will Liaise and work within the workshop to ensure availability of assets and to ensure their vehicle priorityorder sheet is updated and followed. You will process breakdown replacements & damage charges, raising these with insurance companies when necessary, and ensuring all tracking and vehicle systems are up to date. You will manage fuel cards, ensuring they arestored safely, returned, and cancelled when required. You will provide administrative support to other colleagues when needed. This opportunity will be ideal for someone who has previous experience within the vehicle hire industry, with strong administration and IT skills, with experience of doing PDI checks. Previous use of Inspire and or Jamma Key2 is desirable. You must be a"hands on" individual as this role includes both administration duties, and yad based inspections. In return you will receive a basic salary of £26K, with a generous annual bonus. You will receive 25 days + bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, life assurance and access to a wide range of discounts and special offers through their online rewardsplatform. You can also take part in their cycle to work scheme. Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, 40-hour week.
