**Your New Role**
As HR Shared Services (HRSS) Assistant you will ensure that Survitec Group HR systems (Cornerstone, edays and Kronos) and core people data is accurate. You will be focusing on supporting the automation of transactional HR processes and creating an effective self-serve platform for all first line HR advice. In this role you will also oversee a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks when required here at one of our sites: Findon (Aberdeen) or Dunmurry (Belfast).
**What You Can Expect from the Role**
**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting on HRIS related queries, escalating where necessary
- Maintaining and updating permissions and access to all HRIS systems for users
- Developing SOP documentation and user guides to support users in their use of all HRIS systems
- Carrying out testing of new and existing modules within HRIS systems and provide feedback on findings
- Creating reports and dashboards to provide people data to support decision making to the wider organisation
- Supporting the delivery of changes and enhancements to HRIS systems within set timescales
- Working with the HRIS Manager to ensure best value from system functionality, excellent user experience and continuous process improvement
- Participating in projects as required, where the use and/or implementation of HRIS systems is required
- Building effective working relationships within the internal client organisation, delivering high quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues
- Creating and ensuring compliance with HR document management system
- Providing coaching to team members to develop their skills
**The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have**
**Essential Criteria**:
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems and software, including experience as a system admin/super user, responsible for implementation and maintenance
- Experience in the use of HRIS systems (including Cornerstone, desirable)
- Experience of creating SOP materials and user guide documentation
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Educated to High School / Further Education college level, with 2 A Levels (or equivalent)
- 3 - 6 years of general experience helps the role holder to deal with most situations and to advise others
